Once I know your current level of fitness and we’ve agreed a goal, I write a programme that gets you from A to B safely and effectively. Programmes consist of training zones, warm ups, cool downs, running schedules and conditioning work.

I take time to design unique running programmes for every client. Running puts a lot of stress through your body. A well designed running programme manages this stress by gradually increasing your volume of running to allow your body to recover and adapt. This minimises your chances of injury and optimizes performance.
Functional resistance exercises strengthen muscles and joints and improve your body’s ability to absorb impact and generate force. I specialise in outdoor and mobile fitness training so you don’t need a gym membership and lots of equipment to benefit from this style of training. I will show you effective exercises that can be performed anywhere with minimal equipment.
I will give you coaching to tidy up your running form. Drills using hurdles, ladders and your own bodyweight improve technique and are also great for conditioning. Smooth and tidy running technique is more efficient and less stressful for the body.
