I am Tom and from 2011 to 2020 I became one of the leading personal trainers in New Zealand. In 2020, I moved back to the UK with my family and found myself becoming a stay-at-home dad as a result of COVID-19. With the end of the pandemic on the horizon, it's back to business!

I offer personal training and private group fitness classes to busy professionals at their homes, workplaces or other convenient locations. My training is always fun, functional and focused totally on you.
