I am an experienced and fully qualified personal trainer with the knowledge and skills to help you reach your goals.
You don’t need a gym membership to get in shape. I have great experience helping people achieve their goals without gyms. I am mobile throughout Christchurch so you can exercise where it is most convenient for you - at home, at work or in the great outdoors.
No matter where we train, I come prepared with a selection of adaptable and innovative equipment to ensure that workouts are varied and targeted. If you have your own gym gear at home, I am more than happy to use this too. If you don’t have much space or equipment, don’t worry - I actively encourage people to train outside all year round – most of us spend too much of our lives in an air-conditioned box!
Training outside of a gym does not compromise the quality of your training. I am experienced, well-qualified and always developing my knowledge and skills. I take a common-sense approach to training and constantly strive to improve the quality of the services that I offer.
