PERSONAL TRAINING THAT FITS AROUND YOUR LIFE - NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND
Since 2011, I’ve been delivering high‑quality personal training outside of traditional gym settings — at people’s homes, workplaces, and suitable outdoor locations. My clients are busy professionals who want to get fitter, stronger, and healthier without wasting time or following generic programs.
I work with individuals across Exeter, Tiverton, Taunton and the surrounding areas, offering one‑to‑one and small‑group personal training that is practical, effective, and built around real life.
WHAT MAKES MY PERSONAL TRAINING DIFFERENT
Most training programs focus on a narrow goal — weight loss, aesthetics, or one performance metric. My approach is broader and more sustainable.
I design training that improves:
-
Strength and strength endurance
-
Cardiovascular fitness
-
Power, speed, and coordination
-
Mobility, balance, and long‑term joint health
Sessions are planned, progressive, and adapted to your ability, equipment, and environment. You don’t need a gym to be exceptionally fit — and many of my clients get their best results training at home or outdoors.

WHO I WORK WITH
I primarily train:
-
Busy professionals with limited time
-
People who dislike gyms or find them intimidating
-
Individuals returning to training after a long break
-
Clients who want structure, accountability, and clear progression
I’ve worked with a wide range of people — from complete beginners to competitive athletes — and I adjust sessions accordingly. Training should challenge you, not overwhelm you.
HOW PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS WORK
Each session is:
-
Planned in advance (not made up on the spot)
-
Adjusted to how you’re feeling on the day
-
Focused on quality movement and long‑term progress
We can train:
-
At your home
-
At your workplace
-
In suitable outdoor locations
-
Using your own equipment (or mine)
You can train one‑to‑one, with a partner, or in a small private group.

IS PERSONAL TRAINING WORTH IT?
Yes - if it's coached properly!
Good personal training removes guesswork, saves time, and ensures you’re training effectively rather than just working hard. My role is to plan, coach, adapt, and keep you progressing safely and consistently.
