My experience is vast, both in the UK and New Zealand (where I first began my business in 2011).

My experience give me a clear and instinctive grasp of training styles and how to use them well.
Everyone responds differently. Some people love constant change, while others feel best with steady, focused routines. I quickly learn how my clients work, so each workout is tailored to them.
I’m not the cliché trainer who shouts for endless reps. My aim is steady, realistic progress, a healthier mindset around activity, and workouts you can genuinely enjoy.

WHERE IN TIVERTON CAN PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
Many of us spend our days indoors, seated in climate‑controlled spaces with little real-world stimulation. Whenever it’s suitable, I encourage people to step outside and reconnect with the environment we were designed to move in.
Garages, gardens and driveways make fantastic training spots. If you already own equipment, we can put it to use, and I also bring a range of portable, highly effective tools to every session.

AMORY PARK
Many of my sessions take place at Amory Park due to it's size, accessibility and convenient location
RAILWAY WALK
This pathway is fantastic for running intervals, and I have a series of loops of measure length for timed efforts.
WEST EXE REC
One of the prettiest parks in Tiverton, and particularly good for outdoor personal training in the warmer months.
ALONG THE RIVER
There are lots of great spots to train along the River Exe on Rotary Way.
CANAL PATH
The Grand Western Canal is another brilliant location for running-based sessions all year round.
THE VILLAGES
Most of the villages that surround Tiverton have suitable, quiet spots to workout.
