I’ve been coaching and training since 2011, delivering many thousands of sessions in Christchurch in New Zealand, and Cambridge and Exeter.
Over the years I’ve supported an incredibly broad mix of people, and I’m able to connect with clients of all backgrounds in a relaxed, confident and professional way.

With experience comes a broader, more intuitive grasp of training styles and how to use them well.
Everyone has their own preferences. Some people love constant variation, others feel best with steady, repeated routines. I pick up on these things quickly, allowing me to tailor exercises and session flow so they work exactly as they should.
I’m not the loud, “one more rep” type of trainer. My focus is on helping you build steady, sustainable progress, develop a healthier attitude toward movement, and actually enjoy the sessions we do together.

Many of us spend far too long indoors, sitting in climate‑controlled spaces with little exposure to the real world. When it’s appropriate, I encourage people to get outside and reconnect with the environment our bodies evolved to move in.
Garages, gardens and driveways make excellent training spots. If you already own equipment, we can put it to use — and I also bring a range of portable, highly effective kit to every session.
Taunton is fortunate to have plenty of fantastic outdoor areas that work perfectly for training.

The canal is great for running-based workouts, but also strength and circuit training at the quieter spots.
ALONG THE RIVER
The green space along the River Exe is one of the prettiest parts of Exeter and great for training.

The recreation ground in Topsham has everything you could need to get fit outdoors.
