First Time Marathon Runner

Another success story from the last couple of weeks.


Rich ran his first-ever marathon in just over 4 hours. A fantastic effort! It’s difficult when you’ve never run a marathon before to appreciate the importance of running long and slow to build bio-mechanical resilience. Aerobically you can work for 4 hours with no problem, but can your body withstand the repetitive impact? Despite being a shift worker, Rich managed to get the long runs done!
